In an effort to complement their desired experience and appeal to the younger crowd, hotels are switching to more contemporary music and playing it louder.
They are also reworking their music program: centralizing song lists through music programming companies such as Muzak, matching specific music to each location, and providing a dynamic song list which varies throughout the day.
